In May 2023, GM's fleet division improved the customer experience by introducing GM Envolve, a one-stop point of contact that makes it easier for fleet customers to access GM's products and services. Starting in March 2024, GM Envolve will now be available in Canada providing cross-border fleet customers a consistent experience.
Through designated GM Envolve Account Managers, fleet customers will have access to a range of GM technologies and innovative solutions throughout the lifecycle of their fleet, including:
- Mobility: A wide range of products and services that help businesses stay productive and efficient, such as GM Genuine Parts, AC Delco, GM Certified Service, Accessories and more.
- Energy: Recommended and upcoming solutions that will help provide commercial and government operations with more integrated charging options.
- Delivery: Access to BrightDrop, a fleet of electric delivery vehicles made to help transform commercial delivery and move goods while producing zero tailpipe emissions.
- Insight: Intelligent software powered by OnStar Business Solutions designed to optimize operations through data-driven insights, while also helping to protect the safety of people and assets.
